How to use the Support Portal

Every support request sent to BoydTech Design, Inc. will be recorded in our helpdesk system.  You may access our support portal using your email address and password.

Things you can do with the support Portal
  1. View all your tickets
  2. Reply or comment on tickets
  3. Change the priority of your ticket (Low, Medium, High)
  4. View support documentation

How to Login to the portal.


Every time a new ticket is created you will receive an email from support@boydtechdesign.zohodesk.com.  You will be invited to click on a link to access the portal.

Click View Ticket
-or-
visit https://support.boydtechdesign.com

Enter your email address and password.

Chances are good you do not know your password, if so, Click Forgot Password.

We will send you a link to create a new password.

Use your email address and new password to login

Once logged in you can:

Create New Tickets
Look at your active and past tickets
View the Knowlege Base
